Dilation LoopDilaatiosilmukkaThe dilation loop in EP-calculation means that the seemingly same thing changes to another as the distance and speed increase. In the picture you can think of a stadium and running tracks. Looking further afield, runners arrive round and round the same. However, this is not the case, as round by round runners are more tired and spend more time in the round. A corresponding increase in time is created by starting to follow the pattern of the image base and moving away from round to round to the outermost tracks. Relative fatigue, ie. the increase in time, is unchanged regardless of the trip. At no point do fatigue increase more or less with different distances, ie. the lengths of the runs.
