The dilation loop in EP-calculation means that the seemingly same thing changes to another as the distance and speed increase. In the picture you can think of a stadium and running tracks. Looking further afield, runners arrive round and round the same. However, this is not the case, as round by round runners are more tired and spend more time in the round. A corresponding increase in time is created by starting to follow the pattern of the image base and moving away from round to round to the outermost tracks. Relative fatigue, ie. the increase in time, is unchanged regardless of the trip. At no point do fatigue increase more or less with different distances, ie. the lengths of the runs.

Round by round

- fatigue increases - time spent increases - the weight of the runner decreases

The change is, as in the picture, the change from red to white. The runner is at full strength at the beginning and completely tired at the end after giving his all. As you can see, the middle black round retains its color round after round. This is a constant length in the stadium and in the phenomena. This means that all the world records achieved so far can be accurately calculated.
