Product Value SpaceTuotearvoavaruusThe concept of value space arose in connection with the design of products, using a systematic procedure for designing product families. I designed products using a computer from the early 80s. Initially, products made with the help of small program snippets emerged as a coherent whole over time.
The concept of product value space is essential for calculation. The idea is based on an observation of laws in the universe and their connection to mechanical engineering. The idea of a detached universe in mechanical engineering is an idea born dead. As is well known in physics, values can be changed between units without excluding out of ratio calculations. Only in the case of gravity, science is powerless to fully explain it. The ratio calculation is largely based on gravity, without attempting to explain the phenomenon. However, much of its nature can be ascertained through ratio calculations. In addition to experience, something is needed to perceive the information reflected in the product value space. To this end, I developed product development software that collects and generates information for product design. The procedure gathers scattered information and centralizes the information gathered to find a new one. The calculation is the entity presented by the procedure. Product-based accounting is an indisputable fact. A continuation of this is a similar treatment in physiology and physics. The Screw ExampleTo M4 screw, the table provides the needed tightening torque 2.6 Nm. To M20 screw, the table provides 322,5 Nm. Pre-tightening force is a moment in which the screw is tightened during assembly. Set screw M20 tightening torque in Nm 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 0.4 - 0.5 - 0.63 - 0.8 - 1.0 - 1.25 - 1.6 - 2.0 M4 - M5 - M6 - M8 - M10 - M12 - M16 - M20 2.6 Nm - 322.5 Nm => 2.6 Nm x 27 = 332.8 Nm. The table gives a value of 322.5, but the value of 332.8 is practically the same. A large number can have any value and in this example it is Nm. The value of 332.8 Nm is stationary in the value space, which is the concept of calculation for the location of phenomena. By the same principle of understanding dimensionality, one can place phenomena in their proper place. Thinking is different from habit, but its logic makes it self-evident. 17.4 2015*08:00 (983 -220) www.karikolehmainen.com |
