40 Earth's circumference /  (gravity  x  (2 x pi rad) x  time dilation)  =  0.628 rad.

40,000 km / (2 x 3,14...) = 6366 km

Probably a radius of 6280 km, if the Earth would be completely circular in shape? Now it is flattened at the poles.

6280 km x 2 x 3.14.. = 39,438.4 km
