Proportionality Generally
In relativity everything looks the same, if there is no information about their relationship. The lifting lugs shown in the figure are an example of proportionality.
The smallest and largest lifting lug when viewed from a distance are the same look and incomparable between the lugs. This can be seen in the picture to the right, so that the size or lifting capacity of the lugs cannot be estimated.
The size of the lifting lugs depends on how far they are viewed and whether the viewing distance is known. The lifting lugs are at a certain distance from the observer, but also in relation to each other in terms of sizes and internal values of the product.
The lifting lugs in the picture have a lifting capacity of 500 to 40,000 kg and their strength is dimensioned to the same tension level.
